While analog delays using bucket brigade technology have been around for decades, Boss elevates this to the 21st century in the new DM-10 Analog Delay Machine by combining it with precise digital CPU control. This pedal features 8 built-in 2048-stage bucket brigade devices, offering 12 delay modes that produce a wide range of atmospheric mono and expansive stereo delays. Additionally, up to 127 memory slots are available through MIDI program change, allowing you to save your favorite settings.

This pedal allows for a diverse range of musical expressions with saturated and warm analog delay sounds. You can experiment with everything from classic and vintage effects to modern variations with added clarity, modulation, or even a multi-head tape delay emulation. The 12 modes on the central variation knob of the DM-101 offer contemporary ease of use. The CPU intricately ensures the correct BBDs are connected for the desired mono or stereo delay sound.

The DM-101 stands out with its extensive range of sounds and smooth functionality, unmatched by other analog bucket brigade delay pedals. Besides effect volume, delay time, and intensity controls, you can adjust the depth and speed of modulation for each mode. You can also quickly and easily manually save your four favorite analog delay settings. The tap tempo switch sets your desired playing tempo, while the tap division switch selects the rhythmic note distribution. Connecting up to two footswitches or an expression pedal, along with MIDI I/O, maximizes the potential of the Boss DM-101 Analog Delay Machine.
