This Gretsch is a Player grade guitar and is in great working condition.
As almost all Vintage Gretsch guitars, this Blackhawk had the binding-rot problem. The previous owner had it fixed by a Luthier who applied a thin transparant coating to stabilize it.
The other, very common, issue was in place as well. The fingerboard extension had a "jump", so that same Luthier took out a part of the fingerboard and replaced that part. No neck-reset is needed anymore.
So again, a well-playing Vintage Gretsch in Player's condition
