Walrus Audio limited edition Kamakura Series. Super cool series with Japanese art!
The effects pedals within the Kamakura series are illustrated by Crisalys. Each copy offers a beautiful mashup of her unique drawing style with traditional Sumi-e art. Crisalys drew inspiration from traditional Japanese folklore that shared similar themes to the original concepts of each pedal. Nice detail is that the names of each stompbox have been translated into Katakana script by Baylor Wilson and Walrus Audio's Japanese distributor Takahiro Kaneko. Takahiro served as a cultural advisor and played an integral role in developing the context and translations. The Walrus Audio Kamakura Series is a one-time limited edition, so don't wait too long if you want to add one of these beauties to your collection!
