The D-Fifty head is VHT’s take on an extremely rare and iconic boutique amplifier. It's handwired on eyelet boards, and has three 12AX7 preamps and two Ruby Tubes 6L6GC output tubes. The D-Fifty has a single input, a 3-way Bright switch, a Mid Boost switch, a Jazz/Rock voicing switch, and its unique Treble, Middle, and Bass controls, giving players a wide range of tone shaping options — and a distinctive classic boutique tone.
