The JHS Pedals Muffuletta is basically a tribute to one of the most famous distortion/fuzz pedals in existence: the Big Muff. You get a choice of no less than six different modes that all represent a certain type of the Big Muff.Apart from the mode selector, there are three yellow rotary controls for Volume, Sustain and Tone.

Modes

Starting from the right, the first mode of the JHS Pedals Muffuletta is JHS. This is an original take on the Big Muff effect by the JHS company, and its great for bass as well as guitar. The next mode is the 73 Rams Head, based on a 1973-77 V2 Muff. The Triangle mode sounds like a Big Muff from the 1969-70 period, while the Pi mode is based on the Big Muff Pi from 1977-78.
