The Broadway has been one of Epiphone's most classic full-size archtops for over seven decades since its introduction by founder Epi Stathopoulo himself in 1931. This Original Collection version offers you all those beloved semi-acoustic hollowbody sounds as well as those tasteful looks for which the original guitar model is known. The body is made of solid parts of laminated maple wood, which is solidly glued to a matching SlimTaper 60s C neck, also made of maple. This provides a clear sound foundation with a tight attack, where each note of your chord parts and your individual notes always come out clearly.
all those familiar features and warm amplified double-coil sounds Of course, this electric archtop is also equipped with that familiar wooden adjustable floating bridge and a luxurious gold-plated variant of the traditional Frequensator Split Trapeze bridge. For stable tuning, a 3x3 configuration of Wilkinson tuning machines on the head is chosen with, of course, that eye-catching Tree Of Life inlay. You'll also find those familiar mother-of-pearl position blocks with an abalone triangle on the fretboard. For that familiar palette of warm amplified double-coil sounds.
