The rift sawn Maple neck has a smooth, vintage feel. With a 7.25"" - 9.50"" compound radius and medium vintage frets, the '51 Telecaster features a 10/56 V profile; it feels comfortable and robust, just like a vintage Fender should.

With the Telecaster design considered by many to be the original workhorse guitar, the Custom Shop '51 Telecaster needs a pickup pairing that can deliver the classic Tele' twang.
