Introducing the Concert Hall guitar from Art & Lutherie, a beautiful blend of Auditorium and Orchestra styles, compact than the traditional Dreadnought. This design offers comfortable playability, particularly appealing to female guitarists, and is perfect for recording and live performances due to its balanced bass response.

The body of this guitar is crafted with expertise and care. Robert Godin, founder of Art & Lutherie, is known for using locally sourced wood, including abundant cedar for the guitar tops. This cedar gives a warm sound with sufficient bass, slightly less high and volume compared to spruce. The solid wood tops are hand-selected and book-matched, not just for aesthetics, but also for superior sound quality. Each guitar undergoes a select pressure test to ensure maximum vibration, projection, and resonance. The rest of the body is made from laminated Canadian Wild Cherry wood, chosen for its ease of workability and reduced feedback when amplified. This guitar features a satin finish for protection and optimal wood resonance. The neck of this guitar reflects Canadian pride, made from Silver Leaf maple, enhancing the guitar's high tones.

The neck is constructed in two parts - the middle and head from one piece, with the heel added, providing rich sustain. No glue is used in the neck/body construction to avoid vibration absorption and maintain tone quality. The neck is satin-finished and fitted with a high-quality TUSQ nut from Graph Tech.

The fingerboard is made from durable, open-structured rosewood, less bright than maple or ebony, and features dot inlays. This rosewood is one of the few materials not sourced from Canada.

Finished in Faded Black, the guitar sports a satin lacquer that transitions from black to transparent black in the middle, offering a unique and elegant appearance. This Art & Lutherie guitar is not just an instrument, but a showcase of Canadian craftsmanship and innovation, perfect for guitarists seeking both quality and comfort.
