The Tokai AJM-140 Silverstar, a renowned offset JM model, is meticulously crafted in Japan. It boasts a superior, lightweight alder body, complemented by a carefully selected maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard featuring 22 medium jumbo frets. Additionally, this guitar features a vintage-style tremolo bridge manufactured by Tokai in Japan.

The AJM-140 is outfitted with hand-wound JM-Vintage MK3 pickups, delivering a bright and punchy 1950s surf sound, enriched with a robust, warm low end. Notably, the neck pickup is designed with reverse winding and reverse polarity, offering hum-canceling capabilities when paired with the bridge pickup.

This instrument is adorned with a high gloss LAKE PLACID BLUE finish, adding to its aesthetic appeal.
