The Talisman Ghost builds on the legacy of Catalinbread’s original Talisman by venturing even further into the ethereal. Inspired by the iconic EMT 140 plate reverb units but unbound by the limitations of physical hardware, the Ghost simulates two EMT 140s running in parallel with modulated interplay—an impossibility for most real-world studios. The result is a rich, dimensional reverb with a built-in chorus-like shimmer that breathes life into your trails without touching the dry signal.

With controls for Pre Delay, Time, Mix, and Volume, the Ghost gives you total command over the size, space, and presence of your reverb. A Tone control introduces a post-processed doubling effect that adds subtle movement and dynamic texture to what is traditionally a static decay. From tight, reflective rooms to near-infinite ambient pads, the Talisman Ghost offers lush, studio-grade reverb tones that go beyond the constraints of vintage gear—without losing any of its iconic charm. Runs on standard 9–18V center-negative DC power.
