The Gibson ES-359, a semi-hollow body guitar, was crafted in the Memphis Custom Shop located in Memphis, Tennessee. This guitar represents an enhanced version of the ES-339, distinguished by its gold hardware, sophisticated multi-ply binding on both the front and back of the body, and elegant block pearloid inlays adorning the fretboard. The neck has been professionally repaired at one time and we warranty the repair.
The ES-359 bears a close resemblance to the ES-355 but is designed with a smaller body, more akin to the dimensions of a Les Paul model.
Electronically, the ES-359 is equipped with Gibson's Memphis Tone Circuit. This advanced feature is engineered to maintain the high frequencies even as the volume is lowered, ensuring a consistent tone throughout the guitar's dynamic range.
