The Hot Cat amplifier was introduced in 2005 to great success. While they are pleased with the original, the time has come for a completely new Hot Cat. Bad Cat took everything they’ve learned over the past 20 years and applied it to this limitless reinvention of the Hot Cat.

This two-channel amplifier now comes with two gain modes per channel. The Hot Cat offers nearly limitless gain combinations, studio-quality reverb, and a completely new, fully buffered effects loop.

Channel 1 delivers Bad Cat’s signature sparkling clean tone with brilliant highs and full lows. Channel 2 is a fiery high-gain channel with exceptional string-to-string note definition and rich harmonic content. In Channel 2, you can now switch between two different options, ranging from crunchy blues to metal.
