The Ibanez JIVAJR is the budget-friendly version of Nita Strauss’s popular signature model. During its development, Nita ensured that all essential details were preserved, keeping the look and essence of the instrument intact. It features the same Edge Zero II tremolo found on the more expensive Premium series model. The body is adorned with an attractive quilted maple top, and the ebony fingerboard is decorated with the distinctive Beaten Path position markers.

Known for her powerful rhythm parts and shredding leads, Nita Strauss chose to equip the JIVAJR with Ibanez Quantum pickups. These pickups offer a fast bass response, making it ideal for rapid staccato riffs. The pronounced midrange ensures that solos cut through the mix clearly, with all notes retaining their definition. The playability is also exceptional, thanks to the Wizard III neck with a modern 15.75-inch flat fingerboard radius, allowing for easy string bends.
