Shipment & Delivery

We ship guitars, amplifiers and other guitar gear worldwide every day safely! We care about shipping our products and keep them as well packed and cared for as well as possible. We provide worldwide shipping with our preferred partner UPS or Deutsche Post Group DHL. If you have questions or special requests. Let us know and we will try to oblige and answer any question you may have.


We offer FREE Shipping with DHL on all items above 50,- euros shipped to Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You can view the different options available to you during checkout. The exception being that items of 33 kilo’s (heavy amplifiers, speaker cabinets etc) and over are not eligible for free shipping as standard unless agreed on with the sales staff. However we do advise not to skimp on extra security in the form of insurance (see the paragraph on this matter here

Shipping Costs & Choosing Your Service

For shipping costs please add your chosen item in the shopping cart on our website and proceed to the checkout. Fill out your name & address, choose a transport Service and our checkout will automatically calculate the shipping costs.

Delivery Times

All orders received on workdays before 15:00 (Central European Time) generally leave the same day. We setup and check each guitar thoroughly before they leave. Therefore it can occur that we send out guitars a day after you ordered it as we prefer to send the instruments fully checked! There are several forms of set up. Regarding shipments: Note that since Covid online shipping has taken a flight and sending of packages has tripled in the last few years. Therefore some delays can always occur. Please allow for 2-4 days delay for DHL Parcel depending on your location. Please choose DHL Express or UPS if you want a quick shipment.

Click & Collect

Place your order via our website and collect your order easily at our store in Scheveningen Harbour. You combine the certainty and convenience of online ordering with the advantages of friendly personal assistance, service (and coffee?) at our stores. You can make your payment online, but can also choose to pay at the store. At our stores you can pay with cash, bank card and credit card. While ordering and choosing "Local Pickup", please leave a comment when you wish to pick up your order. With receiving our order confirmation, we will let you know when your order is ready.

Tracking Shipment

When choosing for delivery, you will receive automated email notifications about the details of the shipment. Please check your spambox or contact us if you haven't received tracking for your shipment. (Note that we do not actually send the tracking message, but the shipping has an automated system that sends these)


Note that Packages shipped by us always have a ‘basic’ insurance when shipped according to the standard rules of the shipping company you choose. But do note that it can sometimes be a lengthy procedure to file a claim and get the full amount of your money back as insurance companies insist to investigate ‘ad nauseam’ and will use excuses and often drag their feet when it comes to paying out compensation. Refunds due to problems with transportation via DHL or UPS will only be processed after their investigations have been completed. This can often take weeks or even months to complete.

To avoid this irritating and painstaking procedure we offer the extra service of a ‘NO HASSLE’ worldwide insured shipment and the necessary peace of mind!

The cost for this is 2% of your total purchase amount and is optional. You can either check or uncheck the insurance option for this service at check out. When you check the 2% ‘no hassle’ insurance fee box at checkout you are 100% guaranteed to receive your money back without ‘hassle, quickly and without any delay after it is determined that (part of) your order is definitely damaged or lost. Please contact us for any additional wishes about insured shipping or signed delivery.

Shipping Damage

In the unfortunate event of any shipping damage: please contact us immediately! Please keep the original packaging and if possible, provide us with pictures of the damage to the packaging and/or the product(s). Note that Shipping companies require filing the claim within 24 hrs after receipt.


  • If you live outside the Netherlands but INSIDE the EU and you possess an international VAT Number. (for instance: ES-12345678 for Spain, or PT-12345678 for Portugal) you CAN actually buy without VAT.
  • If you live in the Netherlands and possess this VAT number (NL-etc) you will pay VAT, but can reclaim it from your local Tax office when filing your monthly or quarterly tax returns.


Import Duties, Taxes and Charges When Shipping Outside the EU

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not mistake them for additional shipping charges!

When you buy a product please keep in mind that You CAN buy ex-VAT in our store but will have to pay an import VAT, Duties and brokerage Charges when the product arrives in your country. We have no say in - or control over this matter. The tariffs and taxes will vary per Country (outside the EU) or State (in the USA) and will be based on the costs of the product(s) also sometimes import duties and brokerage charge can be applied.

Please use the VAT view selection menu in the top-right corner of the website if the prices are shown including VAT instead of excluding VAT.

Note we do not accept returns from outside of the EU as the customer will not get the VAT reimbursed and we will have to pay import VAT again when the guitar arrives in the Netherlands.
