The chambered body of the Thinline is made from two pieces of ash. The Journeyman Relic's finish offers faux-patina elements that match decades of common and rather domestic use. The neck, with its oval '60s-style "C" profile, is constructed of grained maple with characteristic wood grain eyelets. Twenty-one Medium Jumbo frets (6150) divide the surface of the fingerboard. The two Wide-Range CuNiFe humbuckers faithfully reflect the early 1970s, when single-coils began to replace humbuckers with a more massive sound. Adjust the tone character using the volume and tone controls and the three-position pickup switch. The strings are held on Schaller "F" tuners via a bone zero fret and a vintage Strat tailpiece through the body. The guitar comes in a white tolexed case (Deluxe Hardshell) along with a strap and a certificate of authenticity. Weighs only 2.7 kilos!
