At its core, the Half Pint is driven by a single 6V6 power tube, biased to Class A for pure, responsive sound. The Half Pint, equipped with a 12" Jupiter Alnico speaker, delivers a classic American alnico magnet tone with a warm, "woody" character. Compared to a Greenback, it offers a more focused bass response and a slightly less transparent upper midrange, giving it a lively top end. As the amp is pushed, the speaker naturally breaks up, adding rich alnico-driven harmonics. Among the available speaker options, this is the most efficient choice.
