The Motherload is a powerful analog fuzz/distortion pedal that pays tribute to two of the most iconic circuits in guitar history—the Muff and the Rat. At its core, Motherload features two fully independent analog channels, each inspired by a classic tone benchmark, offering a wide range of saturation from gritty overdrive to massive, harmonically rich fuzz.

The R side delivers everything from mild breakup to fully saturated distortion, with a Filter control that acts as a variable low-pass EQ—great for either smoothing out highs or helping your tone cut through the mix.

The M side brings the unmistakable voice of Muff-style fuzz, complete with long sustain, rich harmonics, and impressive string separation. The Tone knob blends between low-pass and high-pass filters, while the Voice control lets you sweep through various Muff voicings—capturing the midrange character of different classic versions.

Each side functions independently with its own dedicated EQ controls, but the real magic happens when you engage the LINK EQ button. This mode activates all EQ controls across both circuits, creating a whole new range of tonal combinations and unlocking a vast sonic palette.

Use the toggle switch to select between the M or R circuit. The Gain knob controls saturation, while Volume sets the output level. Designed with top-mounted jacks, a click-less true bypass relay system, and housed in a dark grey enclosure featuring a Holy Grail graphic, Motherload is as visually striking as it is sonically versatile.

Powered by a standard 9V DC center-negative supply (not included), the pedal draws 35mA, making it easy to integrate into any board. Built in Greece, Motherload is a fuzz/distortion for players who want the best of both worlds—and a little more.
