The Crazy Tube Circuits Splash MkIV is the most expansive and flexible version yet of this award-winning ambient reverb pedal. Building on the acclaimed Splash MkIII, the MkIV includes all its beloved algorithms, adds two favorites from the Sidekick (plate and shimmer), and introduces three brand-new ambient effects for a total of eight distinct reverb algorithms—each with its own unique atmosphere and depth.

At its core, Splash MkIV is designed to create everything from subtle ambience to deep, immersive soundscapes. The dry signal remains 100% analog, and all mixing and filtering of the wet signal are also handled in the analog domain to preserve tone and warmth. The result is a beautifully rich and responsive reverb that integrates seamlessly with your instrument's natural sound.

The pedal includes the following algorithms:
Algorithm I is an “exciter” reverb for adding sparkle and dimension, perfect for pads or subtle ambience.
Algorithm II offers moderate reverb textures—from spring-like bounce to small room and hall spaces.
Algorithm III delivers larger ambient washes, from expansive halls to lush atmospheric trails.
Algorithm IV is a classic plate reverb with a smooth, reflective feel.
Algorithm V is a shimmering reverb, rich with harmonic overtones and ethereal top-end.
Algorithm VI introduces a fast, modulated reverb with an extended decay.
Algorithm VII brings fuller modulated textures with long to infinite decay potential.
Algorithm VIII offers a flanged freeze reverb, capable of freezing your tone and layering it with a unique flanging effect.
