The Hot Cat amplifier was first introduced in 2005 to great success. While the original remains highly regarded, the time has come for an entirely new Hot Cat. Bad Cat took everything they’ve learned over the past 20 years and applied it to this bold reinvention of the Hot Cat.

This two-channel amplifier now features two gain modes per channel. The Hot Cat offers nearly endless gain combinations, studio-quality reverb, and a completely new, fully buffered effects loop.

Channel 1 delivers Bad Cat’s signature sparkling clean tone with brilliant highs and full lows. Channel 2 is a fiery high-gain channel with exceptional string-to-string note definition and rich harmonic content. In Channel 2, you can now switch between two different modes, ranging from crunchy blues to metal.
