The solid top of the Eastman AC330-12e is made out of Sitka spruce. This is a popular tone wood, known for its bright and clear tonality. Both the back and the sides of the body are made from solid mahogany, which results in a tight, lively and dynamic sound with great projection. The neck is mahogany too, while the fingerboard and the bridge plate are ebony. Both the top nut and the bridge saddle are made from organic bone.With its 648 mm (25,5 inch) scale length and the C-profile of the neck, the Eastman AC330-12 feels very comfortable. A double action truss rod is placed inside of the neck and an intricate X-bracing on the inside of the body ensures optimal sound transmission.The Eastman AC330-12 is a high-quality instrument with a booming sound.
