A reissue of the Gibson Explorer.

The shape of the Gibson Explorer is one of the most iconic body designs in the history of the electric guitar. When Gibson introduced the model in 1958 alongside the Flying V, it completely overturned conventional guitar design traditions of that era with these two radical designs. Now, over 60 years later, the Explorer has become a widely favored companion for musicians from various genres, thanks to its versatility. This has made it one of the most recognizable guitar models ever, a feat Gibson is well-known for!

This reissue pays homage to the original '58 design with the same striking body shape, a solid mahogany construction, a simplistic yet tasteful Antique Natural finish, and two Burstbuckers that convincingly emulate the sound of the legendary P.A.F. pickups.
