The Martin Custom Shop 00-14 Sunburst is a beautifully crafted acoustic guitar that blends vintage-inspired design with premium tonewoods and refined playability. Built in Martin’s world-class Custom Shop, it features a Swiss spruce top paired with scalloped Adirondack spruce bracing, offering exceptional clarity, warmth, and projection. The high-gloss "Autumn Sunset Burst" finish adds a rich, classic character that complements the guitar’s traditional styling.

Its 00 Slope Shoulder body delivers a balanced, focused sound with excellent responsiveness, making it a great choice for fingerstyle players and singer-songwriters alike. The back and sides are made from authentic mahogany, giving the instrument a warm, earthy tonal foundation. A black ebony fingerboard and Straightline-style ebony bridge provide smooth playability, accurate intonation, and a touch of elegance. The bone nut and compensated saddle enhance sustain and tonal precision.

The modified V-shaped neck, carved from authentic mahogany and finished in satin varnish, offers a vintage feel that’s both familiar and comfortable in the hand. Golden Age Relic Nickel tuners with cream buttons complete the look, offering stable performance with a subtle nod to vintage aesthetics.

Additional high-end appointments include ivoroid binding, a Type 21 Special rosette, and a dovetail neck joint at the 14th fret. It comes strung with Martin SP Lifespan Phosphor Bronze Light strings and includes a Type 534 Cabernet case for secure transport and stylish presentation.
