Description
The Nik Huber Rietbergen in a warm Charcoal Burst is a breathtaking showcase of German luthiery at its finest. Crafted with a curly maple top over a mahogany hollow body and middle block, this guitar balances warmth, resonance, and sustain with effortless elegance. The 25.5" scale mahogany neck, capped with a smooth ebony fingerboard and matching ebony headstock veneer, offers a sleek playing experience from Jazz to funck, blues and pop!. Abalone dot inlays add a refined visual touch, while the dual humbuckers provide a wide tonal palette—from warm, articulate cleans to full-throated overdrive. A push/pull tone control enables coil-tapping for even more versatility, all managed through a simple, intuitive layout: master volume, master tone, and a 3-way toggle. Anchored by a Tune-O-Matic bridge and tailpiece, this Rietbergen is a professional-grade instrument with both soul and style, complete with a fitted hardcase.
Nik Huber, the man behind the brand, took the reins of the family woodworking legacy and translated it into a luthier’s art form in the late '90s. With roots in Germany and an uncompromising eye for detail, Huber's guitars quickly earned a reputation for marrying traditional craftsmanship with modern precision. Each instrument is built in his small workshop, where quality always trumps quantity, resulting in guitars that are as visually stunning as they are sonically rich. The Rietbergen model is a tribute to Nik's deep respect for classic semi-hollow designs, reimagined through his own meticulous lens—offering players something familiar yet refreshingly original.
