The Eastman Romeo is a remarkable feat in the world of Semi-Hollow electric guitars. It's an instrument that effortlessly bridges the eras of old jazz masters and contemporary rock and blues legends. This attribute applies not just to its sound but also to its appearance; the Eastman Romeo could easily fit into a 1950s catalog. Yet, its contemporary design is immediately evident, thanks in part to the modern, offset contours of the body and its finely crafted details. Consider, for instance, the Goldburst Finish, previously successfully introduced by Eastman on their T486 model. Also notable are the Gotoh tuners, slightly smaller than usual, blending seamlessly with the headstock's design.

When plugged in, the guitar reveals the versatility of its two Lollar Imperial Humbuckers, adeptly producing a wide range of jazz, funk, soul, and rock tones. Every note is supported by the Semi-Hollow construction made from a solid spruce top and mahogany body. The Eastman Romeo in Goldburst is a highly expressive and unique guitar, a valuable addition to any guitarist's collection.
