The Topanga Burnside is Catalinbread’s ultimate tribute to the iconic spring reverb units that defined the golden era of surf rock. Inspired by the legendary ’60s tolex-covered outboard tanks, this pedal delivers the unmistakable cluck, splash, flutter, and drip that fueled countless beach-bound riffs. With classic Mix, Tone, and Dwell controls, you can easily dial in everything from subtle ambience to cavernous surf-style reverb, all in a compact, pedalboard-friendly format.

But the Burnside doesn’t stop at authenticity—it adds a few modern perks for extra versatility. A dedicated Volume knob engages a discrete preamp that functions as a clean boost, giving your signal extra punch when needed. There’s also a built-in tremolo mod for added vintage-style movement. Housed in a rugged metal chassis and powered by any 9–18V center-negative DC supply (100mA or more), the Topanga Burnside is as tough as it is tone-rich—ready to deliver splashy, retro ambiance at home, in the studio, or on the road.
