For 2025, Martin has refined the Standard Series, incorporating Sitka spruce GE top bracing for vintage-inspired tone, along with a reimagined neck profile, thinner fingerboard, and refined bridge and heel for enhanced comfort and aesthetics. The D-28 remains a timeless choice, trusted by legends and modern players alike. Includes a hardshell case.

The Martin D-28 is an acoustic icon, renowned for its powerful, balanced tone and rich history. Its dreadnought body and scalloped bracing provide bold projection, deep bass, and shimmering trebles—qualities that have defined acoustic music for nearly a century. Built with a solid spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the D-28 delivers a resonant, versatile voice suited for any playing style.

A satin-finished neck with a Golden Era Modified Low Oval profile, high-performance taper, and 25.4" scale length ensures smooth, comfortable playability. Elegant details include antique white binding, an ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays, an ebony bridge with bone pins, and nickel open-gear tuners.
