The Two Notes Torpedo Captor 4 is a reactive loadbox designed to let you fully explore the tone of your favorite tube amp—quietly, safely, and with studio-quality results. Ideal for home use, live gigs, or recording sessions, it fits between your amp head and speaker cabinet, functioning as a power attenuator, cabinet simulator, and DI box in one compact unit.

This 4-ohm version is perfect for amps requiring a matching 4-ohm load. It captures your amp’s full character and sends it directly to your interface, mixer, or PA system, either with or without a speaker connected. The Captor includes a speaker THRU for full-volume output and an ATT output with a -20dB attenuation, allowing you to run your amp hard without overwhelming stage or room volume.

Included is the acclaimed Two Notes Wall of Sound plug-in, offering 16 virtual cabinets modeled after iconic setups. Whether you're monitoring, recording, or sending tone to front-of-house, you get rich cabinet tone without the need for microphones. A balanced XLR DI output features guitar or bass cab simulation taken from the Le Preamp series, and a line output offers level and polarity controls for added flexibility.
